Audrey A. Mirsberger, 93, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on
Friday, May 24, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. She was born on May 16, 1931 in Kiel, one of
six children born to Arthur and Helen Brocker. Audrey was a longtime resident of Sheboygan after
attending St. Peter and Paul Grade School and graduating from Kiel High School with the class of 1950.
On November 27, 1954, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Donald Mirsberger at St. Peter
& Paul Catholic Church in Kiel. They shared 66 years together. They enjoyed traveling extensively
throughout their lives. Audrey and Don were blessed with four sons: Joel (Jimi) of Lake Geneva, Thomas
(Jeanne) of Oconomowoc, Jeffrey (Debbie) of Sheboygan, and Gary (Donna) of Appleton.
Audrey began working at Hayssen Manufacturing. After meeting Don and starting her family, she was a
dedicated homemaker and mother to four boys. In her later years, she was involved with the Red Cross
and St. Vincent De Paul Society. Family was her pride and joy, she loved spending time and enjoyed the
visits of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Audrey is further survived by her six grandchildren: Brooke (Nathan) Aslesen, Jordan (Jamie) Daul, Kara
(Ellison) Kawakami, Evan Mirsberger, Zayden Mirsberger, and William Mirsberger, seven great-
grandchildren: Grant, Layne, and Clark Aslesen, Hailey, Joseph James, and Connor Daul, and Alana
Kawakami, brothers -in-law: Ralph (Carol) Mirsberger of Brookfield and Rev. Richard Mirsberger of
Wauwatosa, sister-in-law Nancy Leifert of Manitowoc, and by nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Donald, her parents, her brother Archie Brocker,
and her sisters Mae Brocker, Valerie Mulholland, Shirley Wise, and Helen Kogler.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Holy Name of Jesus
Catholic Church, 818 Huron Ave. Sheboygan with Rev. Norberto Sandoval officiating. Burial will follow at
Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM
until the time of mass at the CHURCH.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Audrey’s name.
Audrey’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Prairie Crossing and Embrace for all
