Patricia “Pat” A. Jacobson, age 88, of Sheboygan passed away peacefully surrounded by her
family on Sunday, May 26, 2024. She was born on April 2, 1936, in Burlington, WI to the late
Anthony and Mary (Smetana) Jacobs.
She was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Marvin Jacobson, on July 16, 1956 at
St. Mary's Catholic Church in Kansasville, WI. Marv and Pat began their family overseas, and
moved to Rochester, WI in 1959. In the late 60’s, they relocated to Union Grove, where they
owned a dairy farm for many years. They then moved to Sheboygan to another dairy farm,
purchasing a home in Howards Grove. Pat was a baker at the Howards Grove Piggly Wiggly,
retiring in 2018 after health problems.
Pat loved animals, rescuing many over the years. She also liked being outside. Whether it was
being with the animals, doing chores, or just enjoying the weather. Spending time with her
children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought much joy to Pat. She will be dearly
missed by all who knew her.
Pat is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Dennis) Junk of Roy, WA, Kim (Jamie) Beaty of Wales,
WI, Mary Wozniak of Kenosha, WI and Cindy Jacobson of Sheboygan; grandchildren, Chelsea,
Marissa, Sean (Melanie), Michael (fiancé Samantha) and Chris; great-grandsons, Bryson, Noah,
and Milan; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Jacobs, Cliff (Darlene) Jacobson and Lloyd
(Betty) Jacobson; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Along with her parents and husband, Marv, Pat was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred
(Norman) Johnson; a brother, Kenneth Jacobs and a brother-in-law, Don (Nancy) Jacobson.
Memorial donations can be made in Pat's name to the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Pat will be laid
to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
