City of Plymouth
The stage is set for the next session of government in the City of Plymouth. The “changing-of-the-guard”, as it may be, takes place on Tuesday when the Common Council convenes at 7 p.m. Tuesday to take the Pledge of Allegiance, approve the past meeting’s minutes, accept comments from the public and then adjourn, closing the past session.
The next session convenes immediately thereafter with a roll call, followed by oaths of offices taken by re-elected Mayor Don Pohlman along with 1st District Alder Greg Hildebrand, 2nd District Alder Angie Matzdorf, District 3 Alder John Binder, and District 4’s Mike Penkwitz. The new Common Council will then elect its new President and Council Committee Appointments and approvals.
Any new business will be undertaken when the new Council meets next at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 30th.
