Suzanne T. DeRocher, 81 of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Suzanne was born on July 29, 1942 to the late George Vincent and Florence Augusta (Yuds) Gorsuch in Pardeeville, WI. She graduated from Pardeeville High School in 1960. She was united in marriage to Derek Charles DeRocher on June 3, 1976 in Milwaukee. She was a cook in Port Washington for many years. In retirement, she enjoyed cross-stitch, puzzles, crossword puzzles, and watching the Game Show Network.
Suzanne is survived by her children Richard Gorsuch, Randall (Mary) Gorsuch and Krista (John) Chaney; grandchildren, Michelle and Sarah; three sisters, Karen, Linda, and Nancy; as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sisters, Jeannie and Jacquie; brothers, Norby, Gerry, and Ralph; and her good neighbor and friend, Betty.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Suzanne’s daughter, Krista, would like to extend a special thank you to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, especially RN Mary Ann and Nurse Aide Melissa, Social Worker Linda, and Chaplain Joe; her husband John for his wonderful care of Suzanne and support for his wife; Emmy Latta and Sue Schoening for their care of Suzanne; Lisa and Tammy of Simplify, Inc. for encouraging her to take time to be with her mom; all the friends and family that connected with her and Suzanne before she passed; Randall and Mary for their generosity and help; and Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home and Crematory for their respectful, discreet, easy-going, family-focused approach, care, and service.
