Rosemary Audrey Vandenhouten, 85 of Sheboygan, passed away at home on Sunday, February 11, 2024. Rosemary was born in Sheboygan on October 11, 1938 and graduated from Central High School. She was united in marriage to Donat Vandenhouten in May of 1968 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. Rosemary owned a beauty salon, Le Tres, for many years.
Rosemary traveled the world extensively with her husband including countries throughout Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. She loved fishing and had many stories to accompany her outings. She was very active in the community as a member of many committees and enjoyed playing golf.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, Donat; brother, Mark Lehmann; many nieces and nephews, as well as Don’s family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Bob, Carl and Ray.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1439 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, with visitation at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
