Carmella Avianna Jackson, 3, of Sheboygan, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
She was born on January 28, 2021, to her loving mother, Shelby Werner. Carmella could only be described as being an absolute spitfire. From the moment she was born, Carmella displayed such a love for life and happiness. Her beaming smile lit up the room. Her laughter was contagious. She was so loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting her. She was just so special, caring, and kind.
Carmella was the absolute light of her mother, Shelby’s, life. They were inseparable from the moment Carmella was born. They enjoyed going to the zoo, playing at the beach, and Mommy/daughter dinner dates. Carmella enjoyed helping her mom cook and accompanying her on nature walks.
Carmella shared an incredible bond with her grandparents, Kevin and Sharon Werner. Carmella loved playing with Grandpa in his man cave, always asking “ice please” looking for an ice cube. Carmella was grandma’s joy helping with many simple things around the house with a huge smile with each task completed. Carmella slept in grandma’s arms every night waiting for mom to return from work. She was so loved by her aunt and uncle, Katie and Justus Sherman. She enjoyed going on little adventures with Katie, such as watching the sunrise. She was the best cuddler when it came to snuggling up for a movie night with her cousins.
She is survived by her loving mother, Shelby; her sister, Giavonna; her beloved grandparents, Kevin and Sharon Werner; her aunts and uncles, Katie (Justus) Sherman, Ben (Teri) Werner; Johnny, Joey, Randy and Maggie Vela, and Amanda, Nicholas and Tzavin Sappia; numerous cousins and other family and friends.
A Celebration of Carmella’s Life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 222 Church Street, Kohler. Family and friends are welcome at the church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Carmella’s arrangements.
