HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital
Hospital ratings usually measure patient satisfaction and outcomes, but one area hospital is getting high marks for the environment surrounding its employees. HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan was recognized as the 2023 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, a global leader in health care experience solutions and services.
Press Ganey CEO and Chairman Patrick Ryan said that “in prioritizing the well-being of both their patients and dedicated staff on a daily basis, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital exemplifies dedication to their workforce and the communities they impact”, and said that it was “…a privilege for us to collaborate with them as we applaud their remarkable accomplishments.”
Justin Selle, President and CEO at St. Nick, said that his organization was “deeply privileged” to receive the recognition, adding that it was “truly satisfying to know our colleagues feel a strong sense of support from our organization, and we take immense pride in the exceptional care they deliver to the Sheboygan community.”
