Seven Sets Of Maps Pitched To Wisconsin Supreme Court

(WHBL) – Wisconsin’s Supreme Court has seven sets of maps to sift through.

Republicans, Democrats, Governor Evers, and advocates turned-in seven different versions of new political maps for Wisconsin on Friday. Almost every single one would be more friendly to Democrats.

Governor Evers’ maps, however, would pit a number of incumbent Republican lawmakers against each other.

The court is weighing the maps because the new liberal-majority justices tossed the old maps just before Christmas.  The court said those maps were too friendly to Republicans.
