Five Sheboygan County Board incumbents have announced their intentions to stay off April’s spring election ballot.
Among them is long-time District 25 Supervisor Roger TeStroete of Cedar Grove who’s served on the County Board since 1984. TeStroete is currently Chair of the Finance Committee and Vice-Chair of the Transportation Committee.
District 22 Supervisor Al Bosman of Sheboygan Falls, who was first elected in 2008, has announced that he’s stepping down. Bosman currently serves on the Health Care Center and Transportation Committees.
District 19 Supervisor Jacob Immel of Sheboygan Falls, currently on the Law Committee, was elected in April of ‘22, and has announced that he won’t seek a second term.
District 15 Supervisor George Kulow of Plymouth has served on the Property Committee since being elected in April of 2020 and currently serves as its Vice-Chairperson.
District 13 Supervisor James Coulson of Howards Grove won’t seek a second term. Coulson was appointed to the County Board in April of 2022 and has served on the Health & Human Services Committee.
The deadline to file as a candidate for public office in Sheboygan County was 5 p.m. this past Tuesday, however the County Clerk’s office has yet to publish a list of those who’ve filed for the April 2nd Spring Election.
