Fire breaks out in a home on Sheboygan’s south side Tuesday night. The Sheboygan County Emergency Dispatch Center got a 911 call at 6pm about the fire in the 2-story home in the 1400 block of South 17th Street. Firefighters arrived to an active fire in the first floor of the home, and quickly put it out. They continued to search for hot spots and flare-ups for the next hour. The cause of the fire isn’t known, and 5 people were displaced as a result of the fire. There’s no word on a cause.
