
Jeffrey Alfred Feldmann, age 69, of Elkhart Lake, passed away at home after a brief
illness and battling Prostate cancer for the past 15 years.
He was born in Sheboygan County on June 29th, 1954 to the late Viola (Kuhn) and
LeRoy Feldmann.
Jeff attended Elkhart Lake High School where he met the love of his life, Karen
(Lisowe). He graduated in 1972. He was very proud of the fact that he still holds a track
record in the 800m relay at school all these years later.
Karen and Jeff were united in marriage on June 28th, 1975. They raised their boys in
Elkhart Lake.
Jeff was a dedicated employee to the Knowles Family for 48 years. He was a fabricator
at Knowles MGF until 2001 and then Plymouth Industries until his retirement in
November of 2020. He was extremely talented with a welding torch and was a state
certified welder.
Jeff gave 30 selfless years to the Elkhart Lake Fire Department and was an honorary
member after his retirement. He was proud that his boys followed in his footsteps, giving
back to their respective communities.
Jeff loved watching his Brewers, Badgers, and Packers. He especially loved to watch
his grandkids in all their extra activities. He could often be found on the sidelines
cheering them on.
Jeff is survived by his two sons: Ryan (Corynn) of Glenbeulah and their children: Ella
and Brody, and Derek (Gina) of Kiel and their children: Kenley and Kyler.
Jeff is further survived by: Sister: Sharon Golbach of Plymouth, brother; Randy (Reen)
Feldmann of Sun Prairie. Sister in Law’s: Bonnie (Donald) Neuhaus of Kiel, Pat (Gary)
Laack of Townsend, Rosanne (Ed) Coffeen of Kiel, Tammy (Gary) Gutschow of
Plymouth, and Linette (Dan) Kissinger of Kiel, brother-in-law; Scott (Tammy) Lisowe of
Kiel and brother- in- law: Steve Rautmann of Plymouth. Also, survived by numerous
nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by: his wife: Karen, his parents: LeRoy and Viola Feldmann,
Brother: Gary Feldmann, sister in law’s: Jody Seehaver and Bev Rautmann, Brother in
law, Randy Lisowe, Larry Seehaver and Mother and Father in Law Joseph and Elaine
(Vogel) Lisowe.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday December
9, 2023, at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Visitation will take place from
11:00am – 2:00pm, with a service to follow at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jeff's name.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude towards the Elkhart Lake First
Responder Unit, Elkhart Lake Police Department, Elkhart Lake Fire Dept, Glenbeulah
Fire Department and First Responders, Orange Cross Ambulance Service, Dr. Bettag
and his dedicated staff at the office. Your compassion shown towards our Dad will not
be forgotten.
