There were a handful of crashes throughout Sheboygan County after the snow that fell earlier on Sunday was frozen onto roadways by falling temperature.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says they needed to close down part of Highway 23 when some portions of the road iced up, causing several crashes yesterday afternoon. There were no serious injuries in any of those crashes. There could be slick spots this morning, so drivers were advised to use caution during the morning commute.
