ATLANTA, GA (WHBL) – The Falcons erased a 12 point fourth quarter deficit to secure a 25-24 comeback win over the Green Bay Packers in Atlanta on Sunday afternoon.
Desmond Ridder scampered for a six-yard rushing score early in the fourth while Younghoe Koo nailed a pair of field goals including the 25-yard game winner with just 57 seconds left to win the game.
Ridder threw for 237 yards, one touchdown and one pick and also ran in for a score. Bijan Robinson rushed for 124 yards and caught four balls for 48 yards for the Falcons.
Drake London reeled-in six passes for 67 yards and a score as Atlanta improved to 2-0.
For the Packers, Jordan Love completed 14 of 25 passes for 151 yards and three touchdowns while Jayden Reed hauled-in a pair of TD’s.
The Packers slipped to 1-1 on the season and will host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
