Charges have been issued in connection with a September 4th crash that resulted in the death of a 37-year-old Sheboygan woman.
Angela Williams was the passenger in a car that was apparently speeding eastbound on North Avenue and missed the curve onto North 3rd Street, leaving the roadway and plunging over the cliffs into Lake Michigan on Sheboygan’s north side. The 25-year-old driver, who remains unidentified, was hospitalized with serious injuries and now faces charges of operating under the influence causing death, homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, first degree recklessly endangering safety, and operating a vehicle with a revoked license causing death.
