James Tyler Bugbee AKA “Jimmy”, son of Al and Mellissa Bugbee, was born on June 3rd, 1991, and
found not only his angle wings, but angel “legs” on August 24th 2023. Jimmy was born with spina bifida,
so his challenges were already greater than the average person, However, that never slowed down his
ability to love simple things, spread joy, laughter, or to bring hope to others.
Jimmy loved sports. His favorite team was the Green Bay Packers. And his parents were diligent in
making sure that he was all set up in front of a television when they were playing. Jimmy loved people.
He especially loved it when his older brothers, Ryan and Greg would come to see him, and it showed! He
would always get the biggest smile on his face, begin to laugh, and stretch out his arms with excitement!
This was the Tale-tell sign that you were on “team Jimmy”. Jimmy loved pets! He talked about his cat
Penny even in his final days, and for as long as he graced this earth, there were always pets to surround
and love him. Jimmy loved to shop, he got this from his mom he would take trips to TJ Maxx and Home
Depot and genuinely loved “people watching”. Jimmy attended Kohler High School and was part of the
2009 graduating class. Jimmy loved going to school and impacted the halls and all that attended with him,
with his infectious laughter and smile.
Not only was jimmy a great brother, but he was a wonderful uncle as well! Jimmy loved visits from his
nieces and nephews (Joe, Hunter, Emily, Madison, Max, Nolyn, and Carter) He loved hearing all about
their sports club adventures.
Jimmy is survived by his parents, Al and Melissa Bugbee of Sheboygan; brothers Ryan Bugbee (Maria
Bugbee) of Sheboygan and Greg (Sandy Bugbee) of Whitefish Bay; his nieces and nephews, cousins,
aunts and uncles-from USA to Canada, along with a whole slew of friends.
The family would like to thank Sharon Richardson Hospice for their care of Jimmy and the many friends
and family that have visited and called. In lieu of gifts, the family would ask that a contribution be made
in Jimmy’s name to help fund the research to cure spina bifida, you can send the memorials to Zimmer
Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Rd. Sheboygan. Online Condolences can be
made on www.zimmerfuneralhome.com.
