Two workers and a health inspector will be OK after a food truck experienced a gas leak and fire on Monday night in Sheboygan.
In a social media post, Pork in the Road’s staff said the incident at Vollrath Bowl resulted from a propane leak that built up the gas in the compartment beneath the sinks. Upon opening it, the gas ignited burning two workers and a health department inspector who was also on the scene.
The three were treated by paramedics on site before being transported to the burn unit in Milwaukee for further care, and no lasting injuries are expected.
