Julie Ann Bell, 59, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at
Morningside Health Care Center following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May
15, 1964 in Milwaukee to the late Robert C. and Diane C. (Fellenz) Bell.
Julie had an amazing sense of humor; she loved to laugh and make others laugh. She enjoyed
Chinese food, thrifting, shopping for and wearing jewelry, and her cars. Julie liked to plant roses,
honeysuckle and poppies. In her younger years she loved horses. The years she spent raising
her family on a hobby farm with horses were the best years of her life. She loved animals and
basset hounds especially Lexi. Above all, Julie loved her children and grandchildren. She was a
mother that put her family first and was always there for them. She did everything to make sure
they were taken care of and had what they needed. Creating lasting memories with them was
her passion.
Julie is survived by her children; Brandon Krueger, Nicholas Krueger and Ashley (James)
Ghent, grandchildren; Serenity, JJ and Charles Ghent, sisters Robin Kessler and Linda Bell, and
many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents,
three siblings, and her brother-in-law Tom Kessler.
