Removal of a large tree on Broughton Drive will require lane closures on Tuesday. The City DPW announced on Monday that the northbound parking lane, the walking path, and a section of the beach will be coned off and closed between approximately 7 a.m. and 12 noon on Tuesday, July 25, in order to accomplish the removal of the cottonwood tree. Those planning on walking or driving that route should adjust their plans accordingly.
