It was a good ride while it lasted, but life’s journey ended for Dawn Grosstueck of Sheboygan, on July 6, 2023 at the age of 67. She was her spunky self until the end.
It was love at first sight when she met her husband and best friend, Wally Grosstueck. She brought two children into this world, Tanya Radandt and Michael A. Radandt. Proud Grandma to Jacob and Alyssa Pavlik and Ryder Radandt. Her mother Joan (Williams) Konecny, is also with us. Dawn was preceded in death by her father Louis Konecny.
Thank you so much to all of her friends for the overwhelming amount of support and prayers during her short illness. Tanya’s dedication as a caregiver was immeasurable, she is relieved that Tanya will still be here to care for everyone in her absence. The gathering with Wally’s family eased her mind and she knows they will take good care of him through his grief. An extra special thank you to Jenna Reimann, Carrie Williams, Kurt Haberman and Kevin and Mikel Perry. We would also like to thank Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all their caring and help during this difficult time. It is not easy for a strong and independent woman like Dawn to ask for help, but those close to her were honored that she did.
Dawn will try to check in on all of you from time to time. She looks forward to seeing you again on the other side.
At Dawn’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Dawn G. Memorial Fund, c/o Walter Grosstueck, Olson Funeral Home, 1132 Superior Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Dawn’s arrangements.
