More than 700 credentials will be awarded during graduation ceremonies held at Lakeshore Technical College on Saturday. Among those being recognized for competing their educational programs at LTC are 563 receiving associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates…another 99 receiving Youth Apprenticeships; 44 will be receiving Registered Apprenticeships, while 34 will receive their GED certificates and High School Equivalency Diplomas.
Graduation is open to the general public. Each college division has a designated timeframe to be in Centennial Hall in the Lakeshore building, although the student may set their own time to gather with family and friends, and all buildings on LTC’s Cleveland campus will be open between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The schedule for gathering by division is as follows:
· General Education Development (GED) certificates & High School Equivalency Diplomas (HSED): 9-9:30 a.m.
· Registered Apprenticeship & Youth Apprenticeship: 9:30-10 a.m.
· Business, Technology, and Hospitality: 10:15-11:15 a.m.
· Advanced Manufacturing, Agriculture, Automotive, Energy, and Public Safety: 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
· Health & Human Services and Childcare: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
