Dean Carl “Dino” Clemens, age 74, of Plymouth, WI, passed away peacefully at his home on
Friday (April 7, 2023).
He was born on October 12, 1948, in Plymouth, WI, a son of the late Walter and Marilyn (Miller)
Clemens.
Dean attended Plymouth High School graduating in 1966. He worked at Borden’s after high
school doing many jobs including his last role as a maintenance technician through his
retirement in 2012.
On July 27, 1974, he married Debbie Clemens at Salem Plank Road United Church of Christ. The
couple had resided in Plymouth since their marriage. She preceded him in death on June 19,
2015.
Dean was an avid hunter and fisherman and cherished being outdoors. He also loved working
in his shop, gardening, riding his moped, thrifting, cooking, and spending time with his loving
family and friends.
He is survived by three sons: Walter (Heather) of Plymouth, Travis (Keelia) of Durham, NC,
Nicholas (Sue) of Plymouth; Five grandchildren: Shauna (Josiah), Carter, Aliyah, Finley, and
Brielle; three sisters: Nancy (Butch) Held of Crivitz, Jane (David) Schrage of Mt. Calvary, Janice
(Happy) Schukow of Elkhart Lake; three brothers-in-law: Jerry Masarik of Colorado Springs, CO,
Richard (Reta) Masarik of Plymouth and John (Debbie) Masarik of Plymouth; one sister-in-law:
Linda (Greg) Otte of Sheboygan Falls. Dean is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives,
many friends and his loyal cat: Pumpkin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife: Debbie, and his mother and father-in-
law: John and Antoinette (Kelling) Masarik and his favorite dog: Sadie.
Following Dean’s wishes, cremation has taken place and Dean’s family is planning a future
Celebration of Life and information will be provided once available.
