Random Lake Schools have earned honors from an non-profit organization that helps schools improve performance and connections to students and the community. The Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence title has been awarded to the Random Lake District after an external evaluation that showed achievement in nine categories such as student-centered focus and support, a strong school culture, community connections and student achievement and growth.
The CEO of Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence, Dr. Judy Warden Fields, pointed to the Random Lake Schools courage, collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence in ensuring all students get the education they deserve, all while dealing with the disruptions of the global COVID pandemic.
Random Lake District Administrator Dr. Michael Trimberger said the Blue Ribbon program was a “grueling process” that pointed out changes that positively impacted students and “revealed that the hard work of our staff is truly giving our students the Random Lake Advantage.”
The awards will be presented during the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Conference at Walt Disney World in Orlando on December 1st.
