Diane M. Kleefisch, age 74, of Plymouth, died on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Sharon S.
Richardson Hospice Facility.
Diane was born on November 12, 1948, in Plymouth, WI, a daughter of the late Henry and
Evelyn (Beringer) Kleefisch.
She attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School and St. Mary Springs Catholic High School,
graduating in 1966.
Di’s work history started with a job at A&P Cheese making sure America had some of
Wisconsin’s finest cheese. She also worked as a teller for Bank First National, a cashier at Sentry
Foods, a clerk at St. Vincent De Paul, an employee at “Hi, welcome to McDonalds”, and lastly at
Harold Binder Accounting LLC with Faye (Binder) Seboe at the Helm. Always a blessing when a
Boss is also a friend. All of Di’s “Work History” was in Plymouth, Her Home.
Di also volunteered at Rocky Knoll and made sure everyone made it to Mass on time. She was a
Reader at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for many years. She was a gifted craftsperson
and never met a Cross-Word Puzzle she couldn’t solve, Scrabble was her forte. Di also enjoyed
working the voting polls, golfing, and bowling.
Diane was preceded in death by her sisters, Joanne Kleefisch and Donna (William) Becker;
brothers, John and James Kleefisch; and other relatives and friends.
Diane is survived by two sisters-in-law, Idonna (John) Kleefisch of Oconomowoc, Mary (James)
Kleefisch of Waukesha; four nieces, Lynn (Brian) McNeary of Deforest, Lori (Galan) Feldmann of
Plymouth, Tina (Jim) Cook of Oconomowoc, Traci (Sean Gunther) Norton of Port Washington;
two nephews, Joel (Rebecca) Kleefisch of Sulivan and Brett (Becky) Kleefisch of Menominee
Falls; and 12 great nephews and nieces, Sean McNeary of Madison, Andrew (Rachel) Feldmann
of Sheboygan Falls, Daniel (Kate) Feldmann of Reedsburg, Benjamin Feldmann of Plymouth,
Patrick Feldmann of Plymouth, Peter Feldmann of Plymouth, Mary Feldmann of Plymouth,
Sophia Norton of Port Washington, Ashley Cook of Minneapolis, MN, Drew Cook of Denver, CO,
Ella and Violet Kleefisch both of Oconomowoc. Di had one GREAT GRAND NIECE, Penelope
Feldmann of Sheboygan Falls.
Di had so many friends, it was always amazing to go anywhere with her and it seemed she
always knew someone and she was always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation.
She had some wonderful neighbors, always ready to lend a hand or run an errand, but if we still
used a dictionary and you were to look for the definition of a GREAT NEIGHBOR AND BEST
FRIEND, there would be a picture of BRAD YURK and his family. There are not enough words to
THANK YOU for all you did for Diane.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023, at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth
from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM. Father Philip
Reifenberg, Pastor of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, will officiate. Inurnment will be at St.
John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.

Special thanks to Doctor Bruce and her staff at Aurora Medical Center, Sharon S. Richardson
Hospice Facility, all of the staff who made Di’s last hours here on earth so peaceful and serene,
absolutely beautiful, Father Philip Reifenberg, Pastor of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Thank you for preparing Di for her Eternal Journey. No one could believe how quickly you got
there. Finally, Lynn, only Diane, our Boss, that Jewish Carpenter, knows how much you did for
her. “No Act of kindness goes unrewarded.” On Angels Wings.
