Those trying to communicate with offices in Sheboygan City Hall by telephone are experiencing problems for the second consecutive day. A posting on social media on Monday afternoon notified residents that a telephone system outage was being actively addressed in order to restore service as quickly as possible. However, a similar message was posted by late morning on Tuesday, indicating that a “technical difficulty” with the phone system was ongoing, and that the service provider was working to restore operations – once again – “as quickly as possible.” There was no estimate on exactly when restoration of service might be achieved.
