Raymond L. Wagner, age 73, of Plymouth, passed away at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice on
January 31, 2023.
He was born in Manitowoc on March 4, 1949, a son of the late Herbert Sr. and Doris (Knocke) Wagner.
On November 19, 1971, he married Linda Suemnicht.
Ray worked for Gilson Bros/Lawn Boy, and retired from Bordens in 2014. He enjoyed woodworking,
traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by: His Wife, Linda; Brother, Herbert Wagner Jr.; Brothers-in-law: Carl Jr. (Linda)
Suemnicht and Larry (Mary) Suemnicht; Sisters-in-law: Luann Wagner and Sandra Wagner; Nieces and
Nephews: Richard Wagner Jr., Michelle Wagner, Annmarie (Rob) Reif, Christopher (Melinda) Wagner,
Lori (Rod) Leicht, Roger (Michelle) Wagner, Jennifer (Silas Kahl) Suemnicht, Christopher (Tiffany)
Suemnicht, Eric (Caitlin) Suemnicht, Ashley (John) Fiedler, Brandon (Brittany) Suemnicht, Jimmy (Mia)
Schreurs, and Tyler Schreurs.
Ray was preceded in death by: His Sons: Michael and Joseph Wagner; Parents: Herbert Sr. and Doris
Wagner; Brothers: Gerald Sr., Richard Sr., and James Wagner; In-laws: Carl Sr. and Melinda Suemnicht;
and Nephew, Gerald Wagner Jr.
Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and no visitation or services will be held. Inurnment will
be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Sheboygan.
