The public is being asked to help locate an alleged dangerous wanted fugitive. The man is identified as 38-year-old Willie B. Johnson, who was released on extended supervision from Milwaukee late last November. He’d been living with a female companion in the Town of Barton in neighboring Washington County for several weeks before allegedly attacking the woman over several days leading up to Christmas.
Johnson is wanted on charges of mayhem, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, strangulation, false imprisonment, and criminal damage to property – all with the use of a dangerous weapon in connection with the attacks – as well as probation violations.
Johnson was last known to be in the City of Milwaukee driving a stolen black 2002 Chevy Tahoe. He is described as black, about 5-1/2 feet tall, weighing 215 pounds and is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone seeing him is asked to call 911 and information of his whereabouts can be forwarded anonymously to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at (262) 335-4378, or you can email: tim.kemps@washcowisco.gov
