Saturday will be graduation day for many in Sheboygan County, as the UW-Green Bay, including Sheboygan, and Lakeshore Technical College both hand out diplomas.
For UWGB, two ceremonies will be needed with over 500 students eligible for graduation. That class will have keynote addresses from former Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton and Green Bay Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy.
Lakeshore Technical College, meanwhile, will be awarding an equally impressive total of 435 credentials, with 396 associate degrees, technical diplomas and certificates, along with 39 earning their GEDs and HSEDs.
All buildings at LTC will be open from 9:30 until 1 p.m. on Saturday for families and supporters of the grads, while Sheboygan students of UWGB will cross the stage in Green Bay at 9:30 a.m. and 2 o’clock p.m. events.
