CHICAGO, IL (WHBL) – The Green Bay Packers staged a late comeback and beat the Bears 28-19 in Chicago on Sunday afternoon.
Green Bay trailed 19-10 heading into the final quarter until AJ Dillon rushed for a 21-yard touchdown to cut the deficit to two. Mason Crosby nailed a 32-yard field goal with just under five minutes left to give the Packers the lead, and Justin Fields was intercepted by Jaire Alexander on the ensuing drive.
Christian Watson broke free for a 46-yard TD run to seal the win for Green Bay.
Aaron Rodgers finished the game 18-31 for 182 yards and one touchdown. Dillion rushed for 93 rushing yards and one score, while Watson recorded 48 receiving yards, 46 rushing yards, and two scores.
The Packers snapped their two-game losing streak and improved to 5-8 with the win. They’ll have a bye next Sunday before hosting the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night football on December 19th.
