GREEN BAY, WI (WHBL) – The Green Bay Packers dug a hole on Thursday night and could never climb out of it in a 27-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans at Lambeau Field.
The Packers were down 14-6 at halftime before scoring 11 points in the third quarter to make a game of it but it wasn’t enough.
Titans QB Ryan Tannehill torched the Packers defense for 333 yards and two touchdowns. Tennessee running back Derrick Henry rushed for 87 yards along with a touchdown and also threw a touchdown pass.
Aaron Rodgers was 24-39 for 227 yards with two touchdowns to Christian Watson.
The Titans defense held the Packers to just 56 total rushing yards in the game.
Green Bay, now 4-7 and losers of six out of its last seven games, will be off until Sunday Nov 27th when they will play a night game at Philadelphia.
