GREEN BAY, WI (WHBL) – Mason Crosby drilled the game-winning 28-yard field goal in overtime as the Packers beat the Dallas Cowboys 31-28 in Green Bay on Sunday.
Aaron Rodgers threw a pair of touchdowns in the fourth quarter to force OT after the Packers trailed 28-14. Rodgers finished with three TD passes, all of which went to rookie Christian Watson, who started the game with two dropped passes.
Aaron Jones had 138 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries in the win. AJ Dillon added 65 yards on 13 carries.
Aaron Rodgers finished 14 0f 20 for 224 yards and three TDs.
Rudy Ford had two interceptions for the Packers as he filled in for the injured Eric Stokes at safety.
Green Bay snapped a five-game losing skid and improved to 4-6 on the season.
For Dallas, Dak Prescott threw for 265 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in the loss. The Cowboys dropped to 6-3 and slipped to third place in the NFC East.
It’s a quick turnaround for Green Bay, as they’ll host the Tennessee Titans Thursday night.
