Delores A. Oldenburg, age 89, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
She was born in Sheboygan on August 6, 1933, to the late William and Mary (Petrauski) Kudirko. She
attended local school and graduated from Central High School, class of 1952. For several years, she
was the personal assistant for Henry Prange from H.C. Prange. Then in her later years, she enjoyed
selling home products. On April 14, 1956, Delores married Robert E. Oldenburg at St. Peter Claver
Catholic Church in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death on January 15, 2007. Delores was an active
member at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Together, Robert and Delores enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time at their cabin in
northern Wisconsin. After Robert’s passing, she continued making memories with family at the cabin.
She also liked to travel, play bingo and cards with her family and friends (especially Sharon Kudirko and
Kathy Mueller). Being a snowbird from 2012 until 2020 in Arizona with her friends also brought her much
joy. Delores especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed.
Delores is survived by her children, Monica (Gary) Sterk of Sheboygan, Robert (Lisa) Oldenburg of Eagle
River, WI, Jeffrey (Diana) Oldenburg of Florida City, FL, Thomas (Andrea) Oldenburg of Amberg, WI;
grandchildren: Robert (Holly) Diener, Brian Diener, Matthew Oldenburg, Emily Oldenburg, Diamari
(Rocky) Pedroso, Mario Torres, Thomas Oldenburg, and Stephani (Matthew) Miller; great-grandchildren;
Logan, Matthew, Ella, and Lily; brothers, Michael (Linda Landusky) Kudirko, Randall (Nancy) Kudirko;
many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Along with her parents and husband, Delores was preceded in death by her siblings, Marlene (John)
Knaack, Steven (Joann) Kudirko and Marie (Robert) Gruenke.
