Randy H. Meyer, age 62 of Plymouth, WI, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2022.
He was born on June 21, 1960 in Plymouth, WI, the son of late Harvey and Harriet (Kammerer) Meyer.
On August 28 th , 1982, he married the love of his life, Kathleen Kolar at Community United Church of
Christ in Elkhart Lake. They lived in his father’s farmhouse until he built his own family home on the land
that was homesteaded by his grandfather.
Randy was a skilled Auto Technician. He began his own business, Country Auto, which he owned and
operated for many years until he passed the family business to his son, Jake.
Randy loved spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. He enjoyed racing with his kids as they
grew up. Randy loved cars especially his Camaro’s and enjoyed hunting with his son. He enjoyed
spending time at the pond, going on adventures and traveling with his wife and kids.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth.
Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years; Kathy. His three children, Sandra Shafstall (Dustin
Richards), Samantha (Jonathon) Puetz and Jacob Meyer (Marike Van De Pas). His grandchildren; Andrew
Richards, Jocelyn Shafstall, Owen, Reilly and Emilyn Puetz. Also survived by two sisters; Leoda (Mike)
Wolf and Lanette (Jordan) Brill and by his beloved dog, Hawkeye. Survivors also include many brothers-
in-law and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday afternoon (November 6, 2022) at 2:00 P.M. at St. John
Lutheran Church in Plymouth. Rev. John Schultz will officiate. Visitation will be held at the CHURCH on
Sunday (Nov. 6) from 1:00 P.M. until the time of services.
