MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers got a couple of home runs and solid pitching in a 3-0 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday night at American Family Field.
Luis Urias and Garrett Mitchell went deep for Milwaukee.
The Diamondbacks only managed one hit in the game. That came against reliever Jake Cousins in the 7th inning.
Eric Lauer pitched six hitless, scoreless innings with 7 strikeouts. Peter Strzelecki pitched the ninth for his first major league save.
The two teams finish their seasons with a day game on Wednesday. Corbin Burnes will be on the mound for Milwaukee. Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 2:35.
