TWO RIVERS, WI (WHBL) – We’re waiting for more information about a teacher arrested on sex charges in Two Rivers.
Officers arrested 34-year-old Rebecca Kilps on Tuesday after getting a tip that she was having sex with a 17-year-old student. Two Rivers school leaders say Kilps immediately resigned after her arrest.
The school district said it takes the allegations seriously, and doesn’t think there are other victims in the case.
