Marjorie M. Boehlke, 93, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully with family by her side on
Thursday, May 5, 2022. She was born September 24, 1928, in Green Bay to the late Felix and
Lillian (Griese) Lang. Marjorie graduated from Shawano High School with the Class of 1946. On
January 24, 1953, she was united in marriage to Milton Boehlke at St. James Church in
Shawano.
Marjorie was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, she enjoyed
volunteering in all aspects of the church. She was also a member of the Shoreline Women’s
Club and the Red Hat Society. Marjorie enjoyed playing Bridge and Canasta with her different
clubs. Her pride and joy were her family. She loved being Mom, Grandma, and Great grandma,
she cherished all the memories she created with them, and their time spent together.
Marjorie is survived by her two sons; Jim Boehlke of Two Rivers and Mark (Christine) Boehlke of
Sheboygan, seven grandchildren; David (Jessica) Boehlke, Kelly Boehlke, Kirsten Boehlke,
Katelyn (Aidan) Menuge, Allyson (Taylor) Pantel, Johnathan Boehlke, and Lauryn Boehlke, two
great-grandchildren Lucas and Liam Boehlke, and her sister Donna (John) McCully. She is
further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband, and son Dr. Gregory Boehlke.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 12:00 Noon at Trinity Lutheran
Church, 824 Wisconsin Ave., Sheboygan with Pastor Timothy Mech officiating. Inurnment will
take place at Lutheran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday,
May 12, 2022, from 11:00 AM until the time of service. If you are unable to join the family,
Marjorie’s service will be livestreamed on her obituary page on the funeral home website.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Marjorie’s name.
The family would like to express their gratitude to her great neighbors Cindy and Bill Dortman
for taking such good care of Marjorie and keeping a watchful eye over her.
