Barbara A. Southworth, age 60, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on
April 24, 2022, following a brief and courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Sheboygan on March 1, 1962, a daughter of the late Maynard and Joan (Lueck) Stephan.
In 1981, she married William “Emmett” Southworth.
Barbara enjoyed cooking, gardening, being outside in the sunshine, and spending time with family and
friends. Her most precious time spent was with her grandchildren.
Survivors include: Four children: Jenny (Sascha) Campbell of TX, Aimee Southworth of Plymouth, Ryan
(Tamara) Southworth of Plymouth, and Abbey (Marshall) Hau of Glenbeulah; Nine grandchildren:
Meghan (Dillon) Hubbard, Cade and Elizabeth Adamus, Kadin, Hope, and Summer Southworth, and
Tayetum, Eleanor, and August Hau; One great-grandchild: Annalee Hubbard; Five brothers: Keith (Patsy)
Stephan, Tim (Kim) Stephan, Lee (Dale) Stephan, Mike (Jean) Stephan, and Scott Stephan, all of
Plymouth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Carol Stephan.
A celebration of Barbara’s life will take place on Tuesday (May 3, 2022) from 2:00-6:00 PM at Deo’s
Pizzeria & Pub, 417 E Mill St, Plymouth, WI 53073.
The family would like to send special thanks to her loving niece, Mandy, as well as the staff at Sharon
Richardson, for the wonderful care and compassion given to Barbara.
