A stabbing in Sheboygan early Sunday morning resulted in one person being sent to the hospital for treatment, and another to jail.
The two persons involved were brothers who, according to the Sheboygan Police Department, were fighting when one of them, a 62-year-old Sheboygan man, stabbed his brother in the hand and shoulder.
SPD Officers and Sheboygan Fire Department paramedics were able to treat the victim at the scene before he was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was arrested and referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office for charges of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
Police say the incident was isolated and there is no danger to the public.
