(UPDATE…due to a water main break, this event had to be cancelled)
For a second consecutive week, fingerprinting is being offered at the Sheboygan Police Department. Fingerprinting is sometimes requested by citizens in need of forms for outside employment and other purposes.
Fingerprinting had previously been offered on Tuesdays, but was suspended until further notice on December 17th, citing a shortage of personnel to do the work. Since then, the service was offered last week Wednesday and again today, but regular service has not yet resumed.
Today’s session runs from noon until 2 p.m. and carries a $10 fee, no checks accepted. The SPD advises to check their announcements for future dates, pending a return to regular service.
