Bonnie L. Crane, 70, of Sheboygan, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.
Born July 12, 1951 in Sheboygan, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Theune Ver Gowe. She attended Oostburg area schools and graduated from Oostburg High School in 1969. On May 3, 1974, she was united in marriage to Richard E. Crane in Reno, Nevada. They were married for 27 years before Richard preceded her in death on February 27, 2002.
Bonnie enjoyed camping but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was an avid reader and liked crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Penny White, Sheboygan, Pamela (Jim Schroeder) Hall, Plymouth, Patti (Ron Albrecht) Stuefen, Sheboygan, Paula (Nick) Stangel, Two Rivers, Edward Crane, Sheboygan, and Dennis Crane, Sheboygan; her sixteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; her sisters-in-law, Mildred Campbell, Janice Crane and Dona Crane; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents and her husband, Richard, she was preceded in death by her son, David Crane, seven brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.
Funeral services for Bonnie will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place in Hingham Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the ICU at Aurora Sheboygan memorial Medical Center and Progressive Nursing Home for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Bonnie’s arrangements.
