
James J. “Jim” Schwartz, age 53, of West Bend, passed away on Wednesday (December 8, 2021) at his
home.
He was born in Plymouth on January 14, 1968, a son of the late Eugene and Seraphine (Perl) Schwartz.
Jim attended Plymouth grade schools and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1986.
Jim worked at Main Tape Company in Plymouth for 2 years, Lensmire Cheese Company for 5 years along
with other local cheese companies, and at JL French/Nemak for many years. Jim then cared for his
mother for 7 years until her passing and most recently worked at Kerry Foods in Jackson, WI.
He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and ice fishing; especially on the Menominee River in spring during the
walleye run.
Survivors include: Two Brothers: Eugene J. (Kathleen) Schwartz of Glenbeulah and Richard Schwartz of
Adell; One sister: Mary Jo (Greg) Luser of Brown Deer; Two nieces: Becky Schwartz of Stevens Point and
Jenny (Jon) Gideon of Franklin, WI; Aunt: Audrey Olig of Plymouth; as well as other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by: His parents; One sister: Tammy Schwartz; and Three uncles: Herbert Jr.
(Betty) Schwartz, Alfred Olig, and Dennis (Donnette) Schwartz.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday evening (December 14, 2021) at the Suchon Funeral Home in
Plymouth. Visitation will take place from 4:00-6:00 PM with a prayer service to follow at 6:00 P.M. Rev.
RaeAnn Beebe, Pastor of Saron U.C.C., will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Plymouth Woodlawn
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jim’s name.
