Toronto, Ontario Canada (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Bucks eight game winning streak came to an end with a 97-93 loss in Toronto on Thursday night.
The Bucks were without Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was a late scratch with calf soreness. It was the first game he has missed this season.
Milwaukee shot just 37.6% from the floor. Jrue Holiday had a good game with 26 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Khris Middleton had 22 points and Bobby Portis had another double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Newly acquired Demarcus Cousins also sat out the game as he returns to condition after a long layoff.
The Bucks, now 14-9, will host Miami on Saturday.
