Vaccination data has not been updated by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services since Friday, November 5th. This is due to corrections that Walgreens is currently making to some COVID-19 vaccination records across the country, including in Wisconsin. As a result, some people vaccinated at Walgreens may be temporarily unable to access their COVID-19 vaccination record in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. In the meantime, those who can’t access their records should contact their local Walgreen’s pharmacy. Alternatively, those with a registered Walgreens pharmacy account should be able to access their record via the Walgreens website or mobile app.
The Wisconsin DHS on Friday, November 12th, said that vaccination data will be updated as soon as there is confidence that all necessary corrections have been made and updated in the state system.
