Kathleen Ann Hebert, age 79, of Sheboygan, died on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. She was born in Sheboygan on April 14, 1942, the daughter of the late Ivan and Marguerite Striegel Kupsch.
She attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School. Kathleen then was united in marriage to Robert F. Hebert at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Sheboygan in 1960. Robert preceded her in death in 1991. She was employed at Prange’s Corporate Customer Service Center for twenty years, Pick-n-Save Deli, and at Meadowview Manor Nursing Home doing clerical work until her retirement which then turned into a volunteer position. Kathleen also volunteered at the Salvation Army Clinic. She enjoyed gardening, antiquing, playing cards in her card club, bible study at Campus Life, and in her younger years, traveling.
Survivors include her three children, Mike Hebert, Lori Hebert and Jeff (Cindy) Hebert; five grandchildren, Stacy (Mike Wagner) Hebert, Chase Hebert, Cassandra (Adam) Koepsell, Carlee (CJ Dimoff) Maas and Charlie Hebert; one great-grandchild, Zay Hebert; her two sisters, Sharon (Frank) Hocevar and Kris (Bob) Mehre and her two brothers, Mark (Debbie) Kupsch and Steve (Mary Jo) Kupsch. She is further survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her son Darryl Hebert.
A memorial service for Kathleen will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Community Church, 2323 Eastern Ave. Plymouth with Pastor Aaron Martell officiating. Family and friends may gather at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Visitors are asked to use the south entrance doors at the church.
A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at the Sheboygan Senior Community, Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the compassion and care that was given to Kathleen.
