MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Bucks raised a championship banner and earned a win on opening night.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 32 points, pulled down 14 rebounds, and dished out seven assists as Milwaukee beat the Brooklyn Nets 127-104.
Khris Middleton and Pat Connaughton added 20 in the win for the Bucks. Jordan Nwora had 15 off the bench with Jrue Holiday adding 12 points.
Kevin Durant scored 32 points in the setback for the Nets. Patty Mills added 21 off the bench for Brooklyn.
The Bucks will travel to Miami for a Thursday matchup.
