Bill Robert Kolb, 68, of Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly after heart-related issues on Saturday,
September 4, 2021, at Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc.
Bill was born on December 23, 1952, in Sheboygan, to Harold and Adeline (Meyer) Kolb. He attended
area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School with the class of 1970. Bill attended
several classes at LTI for drafting, and then decided to pursue his passion for construction. He owned
and operated Bill Kolb Construction for many years and was a skilled craftsman. On March 10, 1973, Bill
was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Diana Seibold at St. John – St. Peter Church in
Cleveland.
Bill dedicated much of his life to construction and was very proud of the work he did. In his free time
and into retirement, he greatly enjoyed watching drag racing and any sport that was on TV with Diana.
He loved his three dogs immensely, Fuse, Juice, and Alf. He enjoyed training the dogs and taking them
along pheasant hunting. Bill loved his Corvette’s, especially the 2016 Z06. He enjoyed the time he was
able to spend with his friends with good conversation and some cold Miller-High Life in a can. He was a
good card player, and his favorite games were Sheepshead with his family and Booray with his
anniversary bunch. Even though Bill may have come across quite gruff to some, inside he had a heart of
gold.
Bill will be forever remembered by his loving wife, Diana; daughter, Elizabeth (Chris) Hendler;
grandchildren, Nathan and Nick Hendler; sisters, Connie Rautmann, LaFaye (Wayne) Herzog, Wendy
(Greg) Pagel, and Cyndi (Adam) Krause; siblings-in-law, Linda (Harley) Meyer, Lorraine (David)

Linsmeier, Howard (Shawn) Linsmeier, and Nelley Seibold (Jim Lehr); 27 nieces and nephews; 35 great
nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lloyd and Patricia (Weber)
