Margaret B. McClelland, 100, of Sheboygan, passed away Tuesday evening, August 10, 2021 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
Born September 16, 1920 in Sheboygan, Margaret was a daughter of the late Ernest and Clara Kalchthaler Ploetz. She attended Holy Name School and graduated from Central High School in 1938. In May of 1950, she was united in marriage to Charles W. McClelland at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
Margaret was a homemaker who was also a lifelong member of Holy Name. She also volunteered for many years at the St. John UCC meal site. She was an avid card played and enjoyed watching game shows on TV.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Charles; her two sons, Michael McClelland, OH, and Terry McClelland, Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Michael, New York, and Adam, Siagon, Vietnam; two great grandchildren; special family friend, Kay (Don) Fischer, Kile; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her four brothers, William, Arthur, Edward and Rudy.
Private family graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery.

The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Margaret’s arrangements.
