Kathy Mumm

Kathy May Mumm, age 56, of rural Random Lake, passed away on Sunday (July 25, 2021) at Aurora Bay
Care Medical Center in Green Bay.
She was born on April 27, 1965 in Sandwich, IL, a daughter of Lavine (Pike) Kirby and the late Dan Kirby.
Kathy graduated in 1983 from Earlville High School in Illinois and on November 12, 1983, she married
Barry Mumm in Earlville. The couple moved to Random Lake in 1989. Kathy had many various side jobs
over the years, but her main focus was raising her family.
She enjoyed being outside, going for bike rides, and most of all she loved spending time with her family
and friends.
Kathy is survived by: Her husband: Barry; Sons: Brian “Josh” and Barry “Jake” (fiancée: Caren Sullivan);
Grandchildren: Miles, Brendan, Wesley, and Teagan; Mother: Lavine Kirby; Sisters: Karla (James) Jones
and Kelly Barringer; Brother: James Kirby; Sister-in-law: Donna (Rolland) Schnell; Brothers-in-law: Allen
(Pat) Mumm, Danny (Amy Jo) Mumm, Duane Mumm, and Brian (Karen) Mumm; as well as many nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, and brother-in-law: Joel Mumm.
A time for visitation and celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on Monday (August 2, 2021) from 4:00 –
6:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Kathy’s name.
