
Robert “Bob” Coulson age 81 of Sheboygan passed away Tuesday July 20, 2021, at Sharon S.
Richardson Community Hospice.
Bob was born on May 28, 1940, in Chicago to the late Earl & Emma (Kuntsman) Coulson. He
attended school at Walter Scott Elementary, Chicago Vocational High School and Northwestern
University for Printing.
On November 9, 1974, Bob was united in marriage to the late Linda F. Lorenz at St. Mark
Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Bob worked for many years as a printer for the Milwaukee
Journal Sentinel and the Sheboygan Press, Enzo Pak as a supervisor and at Aurora Sheboygan
Clinic as maintenance. He officially retired in June 2002.
He was a Scout Master for Boy Scouts Troop #805 and also served for Cubs Scouts in
Sheboygan. He also coached little league baseball after retiring. Bob enjoyed the holidays,
especially Halloween and Christmas, he would decorate the entire house every year. He had
many hobbies he enjoyed including woodworking, model trains, vegetable and flower
gardening and was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox fan.
Bob is survived by his children, David (Carol) Coulson, Robin (David Bitter) Edler, James Coulson,
Sara (John) Pfister, Scott Sumner & Tim Sumner; grandchildren, Tanya, Alisha, Zach, Taylor,
Danon, Ben, Billy, Bailey and Dillon; 13 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, and
friends.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Linda, his brother John and his son-in-law, James Edler.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday July 26, 2021, from 3:00-6:00 PM at Ballhorn
Chapels Funeral & Cremation care Center, 1201 N. 8 th Street, Sheboygan.
