Jami Stolper, age 46, of Adell, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children, Wednesday
July 21 st , 2021.
She was born on December 12, 1974 in Sheboygan, WI, to the late Kenneth J Bonnet and Marilyn J
Stolper. Jami grew up in Adell and went to school at Random Lake School District. Jami worked
at many places through the years taking care of people in nursing homes, assisted living, and in
home health care. She then became a manager at Golden Harbor Assisted Living until she was
diagnosed with Small Cell Cancer. She then spent the last 3 years of her life enjoying family and
friends and living her best life.
She had many interests and hobbies such as painting, crafting and writing. Her enjoyment of
writing and her way with words lead to the writing of a book that will soon be published. She was
involved in the community and supported whatever event or cause she could. She enjoyed
shooting darts and pool . . . anything involving friends and family. She also liked camping and
going thrifting. She was happiest making memories with the people closest to her. Jami has
touched many lives and hearts.
In addition to her many social involvements, her favorite thing to do and place to be was with her
family and supporting her children and grand kids in any way possible, from rooting and shouting
for them in sports, to supporting them in school and church.
She is survived by her daughter Ashley Behr (Ken) of Plymouth, two sons Andrew Stolper of Adell
and Mitchell Risse of Silver Creek, Step-daughter RaeAnne Risse of South Dakota, her grandson
Zander Stolper of Plymouth and granddaughter Everly Behr of Plymouth, including “Adoptive”
children Tyler and Delainy Wright of Cascade and Brittni and Jeriod Dahm of Random Lake.
“Adoptive Grandchildren” Russell and Grayson Wright, Briggs Dahm. Step-Grandmother Ione
Liebenstein of Hingham. She is also survived by special friends Teresa Whitney, Jules Theisen,
Melody Skellett, Paula Harter, Danielle Klein, Jamie Salyers, Miranda Krahn and many many
more.
Proceeded in death by her mother, Marilyn Stolper, Step father Merlyn (Buddy) Stolper, Father
Kenneth Bonnet. Grandparents, Wesley and Majorie (Nelson) Liebenstein. In-laws Dean and Jane
Risse. Cousin Shawn Kaufert. “Adoptive daughters” Hayley Zelenak and Cheyenne Groth.
A celebration of Jami’s life will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at Grace
Bible Church in Adell, with a service to follow at 2:00 P.M. Per Jami’s request and last wishes, a
“party at the park” will take place after the service at the Adell Park.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to the nursing staff and doctors at Matthews’
Oncology and Associates, nurses at St. Nicks and Froedert Hospital, and the nurses at Sharon
Richardson’s Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, a fund is being established in Jami’s name help with funeral costs and other
last-minute expenses. Per her wishes, a tree will be planted in memory of her at a later date.
