SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) – A Sheboygan man was hospitalized after a stabbing in the city Thursday afternoon. Sheboygan Police say it was around 4:45 when officers were sent to S. 17th Street and Niagra Avenue for a report of a stabbing.
When officers got there, they found a 31 year old man who had been stabbed in the back. He was taken to Memorial Hospital and then to Froedert to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, a 54 year old man from Sheboygan, was arrested and is behind bars, facing 2nd degree reckless endangerment charges. Police say nothing was stolen, and a motive isn’t clear, but the victim and the suspect both know each other.
